Consistent quality, fast shipping

This isn't my first time ordering from Bitcoin Merch, and once again, they delivered. I picked up a new Coldcard and some Bitcoin Socks this time around. Just like my previous order for a GekkoScience Miner, everything arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver this time, which is pretty standard. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they always meet it. Never had an issue with product authenticity either, which is huge for hardware wallets.

Bitaxe Supra rocks!

I just got my Bitaxe Supra and it's incredible! Setup was a breeze, took me about 20 minutes to get it running. The hash rate is fantastic for its size, way better than I expected. My mining rig frame also arrived perfectly packaged. I'm already planning my next order, probably a Trezor Wallet. You guys are awesome, definitely recommending this store to all my crypto friends!

Solid value on my order

I was looking for a good deal on a hardware wallet and found their bundle for a Ledger Wallet. The price was competitive, especially with the current market. Shipping was reasonable, and it came securely packaged. I always compare prices before buying, and this felt like a smart purchase. It was my first time buying here, and the overall cost for the wallet plus a crypto keychain was quite fair. Felt like I got good value for my money.

Does anyone know if they ship to, like, Omaha, Nebraska? How long does that usually take for a miner?

G Gwen 1 month ago
I'm in Iowa, and my miner got to me in about 5-7 business days. Omaha should be similar, I'd guess.

They ship nationwide, so Omaha shouldn't be an issue. Shipping times for mining equipment usually vary, but within a week is typical for standard. Depends on what you order too.

What kind of payment options do they take? Can I use actual Bitcoin, or is it just card?

B Beth 1 month ago
Yep, you can pay with Bitcoin! It's right there at checkout.

They definitely take crypto, which is super convenient for buying mining gear. I used Bitcoin for my last order and it went through fine.

Is there usually a discount code for first-time buyers? Thinking of getting a hardware wallet.

N Noor J. 1 month ago
Sometimes they do, yeah. Check around for a 'first order discount' code or sign up for their newsletter, usually pops up then.

I got a small discount on my first purchase. Not massive, maybe 5% off or something, but every bit helps.

Hey, thinking of grabbing a Bitaxe. Are these things legit or some cheap knock-off? Don't wanna waste my crypto.

J June Okafor 2 months ago
Yeah, they're the real deal. I got a Bitaxe Supra from them a few months back, works exactly as advertised.

Totally legit. Bitcoin Merch is known for carrying authentic stuff, especially for the miners. You're good.

My Bitaxe isn't working right out of the box, can I even return it if I've opened the package?

R Renee Patel 1 month ago
Returns for opened mining rigs can be tricky. You might wanna check their policy specifically for 'opened mining rigs' but generally, if it's defective, they should handle it.

W Wendy Patel 1 month ago
Yeah, I think if it's faulty they'd have to take it back. Normal returns for opened stuff might be a no-go, but a defect is different. Contact their support.
